Purpose
These terms govern the use of the GamiusGroup website and the contractual relationship between GamiusGroup and its clients for production, live event and digital strategy services.
Services
Each service is the subject of a quote and, where applicable, a specific contract defining the scope, timeline and financial terms of the engagement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created by GamiusGroup as part of an engagement are transferred to the client under the terms defined in the corresponding engagement contract.
